This product does not have added sulphates to give the super clean feeling after first wash. It works gentler and a second wash is advised.

Some clients with long hair who sleep with wet hair or do not dry their hair with a hair dryer, tend to get a mouldy DAMP white residue on the scalp. Often also found with swimmers and during summer when you are a lot at the beach. TOPTIP: Dry your hair in the sun or with blow dryer until symptoms disappear. Or if you have sting stop- apply and dry your hair without taking gel out. Your hair should have more volume. You can use Shampers as this product aids in faster recovery of hair and scalp conditions.

When using the oily shampers and your oiliness under control, your scalp can start to feel slightly dryer than normally. DRY white residue can form on the scalp. This is the time you know you can change over to shampers for NORMAL hair.

Rule of thumb: When you have straight hair, you should use Shampers for oily hair. With straight hair, oil can easily travel from the scalp down the hair shaft. When your hair is curly, the oil would not travel as easy and your hair would probably be drier and we would suggest using Shampers for DRY hair.
BUT(because there is always an exception to the rule): when you are suffering from diseases, have vitamin deficiencies due to stress, colour your hair, use lots of chemicals, work in airconditioned or dry climates, these can cause the hair to be dryer than normally.
Our Shampers for oily hair is formulated to treat even dryness so there is no need to fall back on the Shampers for dry hair when your hair is straight. If you want to though…you are welcome; but know that your hair might change after a while to the correct Shampers for your hair type.

Shampers is not a 2-in-1. Shampoo should clean the hair. When cleansing properly, the hair shaft should open, to remove excess dirt and oiliness. When done with cleansing, you should use a conditioner to close the shafts and lock the moisture in. These are two very different functions and it is suggested that these objectives are not as effective when combined in one product.

Furthermore, by doing these steps correctly, fizziness should be prevented, and a healthy shine should be evident as the sunlight would be able to reflect better from a straight surface.

We however realised that many clients are used only to a 2-in-1 and want them to still get the benefit of moisturised hair. We added ingredients that does hydrate while the shafts are open. Your hair should not be as fizzy but the results would multiply when adding our Iscrema conditioning mask (which can be used as a conditioner).

No, dandruff is not simply a form of dryness; while it can manifest with flaky skin, dandruff is primarily caused by an overgrowth of yeast on the scalp, often associated with excess oil production, rather than a lack of moisture like in dry scalp, making them distinct conditions with different treatments.

Using our products, we suggest using the Shampers for oily, dandruff hair as we have added many ingredients to help recover from this challenge.
