We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

 If for any reason you aren’t, please return your purchase in its original condition* and packaging within 14 days of receipt, together with your proof of purchase and details (see below). We can either offer you a refund, or exchange it for a different size/colour/product. However, it is imperative that it is in its original condition. Where there is a price difference we will contact you. If you return an item(s) for any other reason than it is faulty, we only refund the value of the item(s) itself or we can offer you store credit. We do not refund the delivery cost, nor do we reimburse the return delivery charge. All refunds are made to the original purchaser of the item(s). FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS We pride ourselves on our quality control but mistakes can happen. If you receive your item(s) and it is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@salvationskincare.com or here so we can arrange for its return and replacement. See below for the information we will require. If our products are used in a way they’re intended and they break, we will be responsible to repair or replace your items. When you contact us or return an item, please include the following information: Order number Your contact number and email address Reason for the return/exchange or details of the fault, where applicable Item you wish to have in exchange, if applicable Returns, Exchanges and Refunds refer strictly to purchases made on the online store and do not apply to any purchases made at any retail location or Salvation stockist.

1. Conditions for Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only when:
✅ Return request is submitted within 7–14 days of delivery (adjustable)
✅ Proof of purchase is provided

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We offer replacement or refund for:
• Damaged products upon delivery
• Faulty or defective items
• Incorrectly supplied products

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Payments are returned to the original method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

1. Product Use & Expectations
Our formulations are designed to support diverse skin conditions. As every skin type is exquisitely unique:
• Results may vary individually
• Temporary adjustment or purging phases may occur
• Mild sensitivity is possible, even with clinically aligned formulations
Please note: temporary reactions or unmet expectations do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Patch Test & First-Use Protocol
For optimal safety and efficacy, we strongly recommend:
✅ Conduct a patch test 24–48 hours prior to full application
✅ Apply a small amount to the inner arm or jawline
✅  If irritation, swelling, or burning occurs, clean area with distilled water and reapply. When soothing occurs then try and find the real cause: (some places to start looking):
- check product label of products on skin before you applied Salvation (check for cortisone or suppressants)
- check washing powder, body soaps, perfume for irritants (these could linger on the skin and be activated)
- Has chemicals sprayed on crops or fruit trees close to where you are?
* Note that it is normal for fungal infections or acne to flare before soothing.
✅ Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist
Salvation's products does not suppress but recover. We suggest not using our products at the same time/ together with any other brands when you have a sensitive skin condition as this could cause a reaction.
By engaging with our products, you acknowledge the importance of this precaution.

3. Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
We strive for formulations suitable for sensitive skin. However:
• Individual reactions cannot be fully guaranteed
• When using products to suppress immunity or reactions a reaction can occur
• Undisclosed allergies or sensitivities are not eligible for return
• Reviewing ingredient lists before purchase is the customer’s responsibility
If under dermatological care, pregnant, breastfeeding, or with severe allergies, please seek medical guidance prior to use.

Tips for adding our products to sensitive skin conditions:
• Keep regime simple and add products on a 'good day' when all outside factors are stable
• When using new products add them one at a time
• Only add another product after 3-5 days
• When using more than one product, give time for ingredients to penetrate before applying the next
• Sensitivity to essential oils and build up when using more than one product can occur

4. Hygiene & Medical Integrity Policy
To uphold hygiene standards and protect skin integrity, we cannot accept returns of:

❌ Products that did not meet expectations due to skin purging or sensitivity
❌ Products returned for change of mind
This policy preserves product integrity and adheres to health regulations for topical treatments.

5. Medical & Professional Guidance
Our products are cosmetic and supportive, and:
• Do not replace professional medical advice or treatment
• Are not intended to cure medical skin conditions
• Should be discontinued if severe reactions occur
For those under dermatological care:
Reactions may occur so we suggest not combining dermatological creams for sensitive skin conditions with our range
