The formula is deliberately simple, water-based and conductive.

1. Provide the ideal medium for galvanic treatment
The high-water aqueous base gives the galvanic device a suitable medium to work through, while the gel structure helps keep the product in place on the skin rather than running.

2. Hydrate and cool the skin

Glycerin – humectant that attracts and holds moisture.
Pentylene Glycol – additional humectant and skin-conditioning ingredient.
Hydroxyethylcellulose – creates the smooth hydrogel texture.

This makes it particularly useful during a professional treatment where you want the skin to remain moist and comfortable.

3. Work alongside StingStop without competing with it
There are no oils, butters, heavy emulsifiers or numerous botanical extracts that could unnecessarily complicate the interaction with the Sting Stop treatment.

It essentially acts as a hydrating, conductive treatment medium, allowing Sting Stop to remain the active treatment product.

4. Maintain a controlled pH environment
The combination of sodium citrate, citric acid and sodium bicarbonate provides buffering/pH adjustment. This is particularly important for a professional treatment product because the finished pH should be deliberately controlled and documented.

DISCOVER (our philosophy):
We formulated the hydrogel to give a slip and hydration for when we apply very active ingredients to the skin. This product is further polarised to assist penetration of the applied active ingredients. In a sense it is nothing fancy but assist the healing process of other products by being a practical medium and protecting. We couldn't leave it there. We added ingredients to compliment healing and recovery so that this product could work by itself if needed.

Furthermore- We hate the glue on plasters. When you need recovery you need a sterile but comfortable milieu for fastes results. It makes no sense to use something that causes aggrevation when you try to heal something. (It is like waking patients 4 o' clock in a hospital when they should rest to recuperate).

This product will be our seal and heal. Protect and rest with no aggrevation.

The specialized skin therapy of HYDROGEL can be applied underneath a galvanic current to achieve deeper results. To speed up the results, complimentary products such as salvation glow serum or sting stop gentle gel can be used in conjunction with HYDROGEL.

In the biomedical industry, this regenerative medicine is widely used. For wound healing, simply apply HYDROGEL to the wound to prevent dressings from sticking, seal the wound to prevent infection, and aid in faster recovery.

Tips

TIP 1: FUN!! Stir alginate powder into this hydrogel to form a plasticising mask. Homemade version: add gelatine to water and then to gel, put in the fridge for 20-30minutes to set. Can be put over burns, open wounds or sunburn for relief and recovery. .

Tip 2: when setting the hydrogel, you can use a mould to make patches for under eye treatment.

TIP 3: Apply stingstop before applying the hydrogel for even faster recovery.
