When purchasing this product, keep in mind that no plasters are provided. It is important for customers to assess their needs and decide whether the larger size for the feet or the smaller size for specific discomfort would be more suitable.

The 90x150mm plaster/adhesive dressing is designed for use underneath the feet
the 90x100mm size is better suited for areas where pain and inflammation occur or relief is needed

PRODUCT USAGE: 1) Apply clay to plasters for both feet and secure with a total of two plasters, one for each foot. Place the plasters at the curve of your feet before going to sleep. The clay can be left on for up to 2 days before removal.

2) Preparing the tea: 1t=2g added in a tea strainer. Put inside a cup or teapot. Add hot water. Leave for 5-10min. Enjoy hot or cold.

3) Probiotic: use before a meal or on a empty stomach - especially on DAY 4 of the RESET.

It is suggested to use this rejuvenating detox 1-4 times per year for best effects. To avoid dryness and dehydration, refrain from overusing the detox. Shorter intervals of 3 days are acceptable, but we recommend limiting the 21 day detox to twice a year. For optimal results, drink sips of tea daily to assist satiety and maintain proper hydration.
