The 90x150mm plaster/adhesive dressing is designed for use underneath the feet
the 90x100mm size is better suited for areas where pain and inflammation occur or relief is needed

PRODUCT USAGE: Apply one sachet of clay for both feet and secure with a total of two plasters. Place the plasters at the curve of your feet before going to sleep. The clay can be left on for up to 2 days before removal.

It is suggested to use this rejuvenating detox 1-4 times per year for best effects. To avoid dryness and dehydration, refrain from overusing the detox. Shorter intervals of 3 days are acceptable, but we recommend limiting the 21 day detox to twice a year. For optimal results, drink sips of tea daily to assist weightloss and maintain proper hydration.
